I tweaked my lower back to the point where i couldn't stand up straight and walk or even get out of bed. I called Body Align and they managed to fit me in that day.

John and Albert did some magic on my back as by the time i left, I was able to stand up straight and walk. Seen them twice since and my back is now pretty much back to 100%.

I certainly reccomend this to all.

Service was wonderful, and sauna was absolutely amazing. My only annoyance was that during my float session I could hear noise from outside the room such as doors closing etc. This was my very first float session that I had really been looking forward to (birthday present). I could deal with the faint outside noise, as it wasn’t too annoying, but midway through my session the noisy filter on a float tank in the very next room came on, and stayed on. I had opted for a silent session (rather than have music playing), and I could hear the filter from the other tank even through my earplugs. It was enough to bring me out of a very nice meditative state, that I was unable to get back into, so I just floated around trying to block out the filter hum until my session finished.

Had my first ever therapeutic massage/treatment and it could not have been a better experience. John was professional, knowledgeable & extremely thorough whilst remaining extremely warm & personable. Can't wait to return and have already recommended the business to anyone who will listen.
