Absolutely beautiful warm and healing space and services. I've been coming to me time therapy for a long time, Nat is an incredibly gifted therapist and an even more beautiful and kind person. I always come home after a treatment feeling rejuvenated and energised. I have had several treatments including lymphatic drainage, beautiful relaxation massage and the oxygen therapy which has helped my fibromyalgia and general wellbeing. What a wonderful experience! First visit there and always a bit nervous attending a new spa but as soon as I walked through the door, the ambience makes you relax straight away and the staff are so friendly and personable. Dalia was so nice and accommodating when I first arrived. Had soothing stone massage with Nathalia who was amazing and so talented. The temperature of the room was perfect, the bed so comfortable, the music and scents relaxing and the stones - perfectly heated. A great price for a wonderful service! Very easy to book online and loads of parking. You would think you’re in a mountain retreat. Will certainly be back to visit these two lovely sisters and receive one of the best massages and services in the industry. Thank you once again.

Seeing Nat regularly now has changed my life!!
I had so much pain in my abdomen for the past few months where I really felt like I couldn’t breathe from stress. After finally plucking up the courage and booking a visceral massage session with Nat it has really changed so much for me and my bloating and stress. You can tell that Nat knows her stuff and is so experienced in what she does. Nat makes everything feel so easy and comfortable I initially felt nervous and vulnerable however I shouldn’t have been worried, the ladies here Diana and Nat are beyond words amazing!! What a hidden gem. I found both Nathalia & Deanna to be so welcoming & make me feel so comfortable. I decided to book a massage & sauna about 2 weeks ago. I walked in feeling depleted & walked out thinking my husband is going to be truly amazed when he sees me. I felt like my energy levels were restored. Yesterday my husband booked in for a sauna session with me. My husband had a reaction. Both ladies stepped in & took action to help him through it. Metime Wellness has been an absolute lifesaver! There has genuinely been times where I could barely walk in due to my sore back. After my treatment with Nat I was able to Jog home if I wanted too! The facilities are amazing and what's even better is how much Nat cares for her clients! Couldn't recommend Nat enough! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
