If you want an extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable service that goes above and beyond then look no further than Total Body Health in Gisborne!!
I have had a number of issues and injuries over the years and seen many other practitioners but very few have given me any answers or pain relief. Naomi, Brett & Will are masters in their profession and are constantly reassessing what your body requires to then accommodate the perfect needs for you at that time. These skills of being able to adapt to your needs are Amazing! I’ve had treatments that have seen me walking out a new person such relief and pain free!! WOW!!!!

I am beyond impressed with the level of care I experienced during my 1st consultation yesterday with Brett.
Lots of questions asked and tests to see what is actually going on with me.
Far better than any other chiropractic service I have been too.
I left feeling like I have a great plan in place for my future wellness.
I felt very listened to and Brett was very knowledgeable.

Brett was professional, attentive to my needs, and explained the process perfectly. I appreciated a lot how he made the process very understanding so I knew why I was doing certain exercises. On top of that, the chiropractic care provided immediate relief from my hip stiffness I was experiencing, and put me in such a relaxed state that I almost forgot to pay one time! There’s a reason why they have a perfect rating!

I have had massages from Jacqui and Lauren as well as seeing Naomi for chiropractic and I can say that I have never received the level of care and genuine advice anywhere else as I have had with each of them! I have been an athlete since I was a child and have seen numerous other practitioners across the years, but the team at Total Body Health absolutely take the cake! I always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. I am so glad I found these guys :))

Absolutely Amazing, the easy way to put it!!
The longer appointments allows more time For Naomi or Brett to spend more time working on the areas of concern ensuring you receive the best treatment, the way they explain what they are doing makes you feel comfortable about treatment received. They show you how to help yourself between visits, with exercise techniques, which they will send videos with easy to follow instructions, just makes the visit perfect.
With the inclusion of masseuse Jacqui, who has the best massage technique, the way Jacqui makes you feel so relaxed and works in conjunction with your chiro visit to ensure you continue to receive the best care ever. I have never felt more agile and pain free.
Always look forward to my next appointment because l know l am in excellent hands.

My partner and I and my family have been seeing Naomi recently. She is absolutely amazing we have all had great results with her treatment, not only is she the best at what she does she is a lovely person very honest and kind. She made us feel so comfortable and has helped us all so much, very knowledgeable too. We highly recommend Total Body Health Gisborne. We have also meet Brett at the reception area he is lovely also. All the 5 star reviews for Brett & Naomi are 100% deserved! I first met Brett Back in 2021, I had been experiencing acute lower back pain which turned into a chronic condition despite seeing a number of other practitioners. As an Exercise professional, I stay strong and fit and was looking for someone to really work with me to regain my full functionality. The day I met Brett, he listened intently and made it clear that if I did the work we would get good results. I did & we did.

The most impressive thing about Brett & Naomi and they way they run their practise is that they have a genuine intrest in the outcomes that their clients get.

These guys are the real deal!
