Very disappointing experience here today. Having been a customer here before and received “over the counter” products without a naturopathic consultation, today the experience was very different. Having dealt with Cassandra in store, I received a call from Lisa (owner) who was extremely aggressive in her manner and language. Basically, refusing to offer any form of help without me paying for a consult. I’m 100% understanding of practitioners maintaining their professional obligations however there is no need to be rude in the way you communicate this to a customer. And the response to purchasing “over the counter” products is very inconsistent. I found Lisa to be abrupt, dismissive and argumentative. A shame as I’m usually so keen to shop-local!

I didn't have much expectations as it was only 15 min free facial but I left the place thinking I will come back for facial and massage. Staff were friendly and the room smelled so relaxing and good. Products used were organic and I could see later that my face was clear and felt soft. Definitely going back.

Really friendly helpful staff, during pregnancy I had been coming here for rasberry tea.
After a natural birth the pains were unbearable, I contacted the shop and the natropath returned my call very quickly.
She made a Hemorrhoid cream for me that had me feeling very comfortable within 3 days ( it worked far better than over the counter stuff I was using previously) so so happy with the results and will definitely be returning for future needs!! Thankyou so much
