Officer Medical Centre is by far the best clinic in the area. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Pankaj for over 5 years, and the care we’ve received has always been exceptional.

Dr. Pankaj is not only highly knowledgeable but also compassionate and thorough in his approach. He truly listens and ensures we feel supported every step of the way. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our family’s health.

It was my first time visiting the clinic after we've moved to the area and I will definitely not return. I booked an appointment with a Dr Zannath there as she was described as having an empathetic ear and a gentle bedside manner. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite of what is described on the website. Rather than displaying a gentle bedside manner or providing any sense of reassurance or comfort, I found her approach to be dismissive and lacking empathy. I did not feel heard, supported, or cared for during the very rushed 10 minute (at most) consultation. The humane and compassionate qualities mentioned in her profile were noticeably absent in my interaction. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Here's hoping to find a more compassionate and empathetic doctor soon.

Went to see Dr Theekshana Dissanayake at Officer Family Medical Clinic on Princes Hway Officer for recurring stomach digestion problem. He offered me tablets to be taken half hour before I ate. He also said I can cure you. I said to him hope there is nothing growing in my stomach then as an after thought he wrote a referral for an Ultrasound at Imed. I went the very next day as I was feeling so sick. IMed Pakenham they are the best. Sent results to me the very next morning I tried calling Officer Family Medical Clinic for results and got told Dr Theekshana Dissanayake has gone on 2 weeks holidays. I then phoned my Dr Jenny Lim in Endeavour Hills she took one look at the Imed report sent me for CT Scan and Bloods. Results came next day and it was very bad. So Dr Jenny Lim sent me into Monash Emergency. The rest is history Pancreatic cancer operation had I not asked Dr Theekshana Dissanayake to go for test I would be dead today poor uncaring service very complacent too cocky with peoples lives to top it off couple of days later I get a message from the reception that the Dr would like to see me regarding a non urgent matter
