I stumbled across Aim about 1 year ago, the rest is history! Jamie has been great helping maintain any niggles I get from my oly lifting training and lead in prep for competitions. I also use the infrared sauna which is for private booking, very relaxing and clean! 🙂 overall great service, will continue to go as long as my body allows me to lift 💪

I have been getting treated by Myotherapist Jamie for over 4 years and I cannot fault both his expertise or professionalism. He continually keeps me moving and able to perform in my sport to the best of my ability no matter the injury or niggle. He has also assisted me with several rehab programs.
Additionally, I have been able to recommend him to several of my family members when in need of help and they all walked away happy customers.

The team at AIM do a great job, they know what it takes to keep an athlete going with the inevitable niggles and injuries that come with pushing your body. I've been getting treatment from owner Jamie since before AIM existing and more recently I've added Jasmine for massage into my schedule. Great work team

I've been seeing Jamie my Myo-therapist from Aim Sports Recovery for 10 years. I would be lost without his professional, knowledgeable support. He's kind, funny, thoughtful and he knows his stuff. He is on my speed dial because he understands my ailments and he's a great listener. Love his service. Definitely a returning client.

I have had the pleasure of seeing both Jamie and Jas since going to AIM. They have both been great in helping my body feel prepared for soccer. I originally started seeing Jas so that my body felt loose and prepared for games and when I’ve had any niggles or injuries I have seen Jamie who has helped me overcome any issues! Both great people, highly recommend everyone to come here.

Jamie has created such a warm and welcoming environment at AIM Sports Recovery. There's always a laugh to be had and sometimes even dogs to be pet!

I've been seeing Skye for a few years now and happily travel 40 minutes each way to see her. She has been so knowledgeable and helpful with my array of injuries and complaints over the years.

I'd recommend AIM to everyone!
