Have had an average experience with this doctors clinic, i have seen a few doctors here and seems to be little patient care in follow up, my symptoms still persisted but had no desire to keep searching for the cure when one test came back clear. I had to chase up results ect. I also had to pay $95 for a phone consult for something that the doctor couldnt resolve. Reception ladies are plesent but doctors are pretty average with not a great deal of actual patient care.

Karen has been my trusted GP for many years now, she's awesome. our whole family sees her. She's so smart and understanding. The few times I've had to see other doctors (Nicola or David.. though I think he's retired now?) they have been brilliant too. This clinic never runs late, always immaculate, staff friendly and helpful and very efficient. Highly, highly recommend if you are looking for a family doctor and longevity of a doctor/patient relationship.
