I had a great experience at Innovation medical centre. The place was very clean and there was plenty of convenient parking available. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Vahid was right on time, listened to me patiently, and offered very helpful advice. He also prescribed the right medication for my condition, which made a real difference. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and caring medical service.

I'm not sure if the extra attention to detail during my son's examination was because we gave consent for the student to be present, but the doctor was incredibly thorough, patient, and took great care in checking everything. The experience went very well, and it truly deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. Lady at the reception was also welcoming and professional.

Booking an appointment was seamless via HotDoc app. Came in on Friday Afternoon, it was very quiet, plenty of parking spaces & everyone was friendly. My early pregnancy consultation was quick & was out in no time. Highly recommend 🙂

By far the best medical centre we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Both doctors have outstanding bedside manner and take the time and care to understand patients’ needs. Reception staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Facilities are new and well presented. I love that there is undercover onsite parking. There is an elevator for patients with mobility needs. Really pleased we found this clinic 🙂

This is hands down the worst experience I have had booking an appt. The incompetent receptionist is a joke and so is the paediatrician according to the receptionist. I had booked an appt in June over the phone for 20th November to have my 4 year old son tended to for autism. We then called 5 days before the appointment double checking as we hadn’t received a text reminder confirming the appointment. The receptionist then told us our appt was cancelled as instructed to by the paediatrician. They did no notify us and when asked why not they simply said “we have too patients send you a cancellation notification” HOW ARE WE MEANT TO KNOW ITS CANCELLED IF WE DIDNT RECEIVE ANY WORD ABOUT IT. We wasted 5 months waiting for an appt that never existed. It’s delayed my son from seeing someone for a year now. When asked to book it in again they said next available appt is end of April. What a JOKE. To think I was going to give this place extra money for helping us out. Seriously disappointing stuff from what’s meant to.Be a professional place. And the receptionist’s attitude was disgusting. At the end of the call she said “ DO YOU WANT THE APPT OR NOT” in my disbelief of this disgusting person I hung up.

Dr. Ko is kind, and he is very attentive to what patients are talking about. You can tell he has a lot of experience. He is very kind to children, so they are not afraid of going to the hospital and the receptionist is very friendly as well .

Highly recommend All staff are super friendly, reception lady make you feel welcome and have the nicest smiles always, it's super clean and spacious you with easy access to car parks stairs and elevator access. Doctors are super patient, and they listen and ask the right questions I don't feel rushed or that something been missed. Thank you
