Jared is highly knowledgeable and experienced on the subject of fitness and body building. I approached Jared recently to help me get back into fitness with a structured program, after I became a father (for the second time) and my training had diminished to zero.

He helped me get back on track by focusing on basic fitness routines but with a highly technical approach on how to think about weights and cardio (because I'm a technical person and enjoy that). He obviously cares about the success of his clients and I would advocate anyone who wants a leg up in their training at any level.
