I can't recommend David Nugent highly enough. From our very first session, I felt truly heard, understood, and his sense of humour puts me at ease . He created a safe and non-judgemental space where I can openly share my thoughts and struggles. Davids approach, insightful guidance, and practical strategies have made a significant impact on my life.

Through his help and book "7-Step Anger Management Masterclass" I have been able to navigate difficult challenges, gain a deeper understanding of myself, others and develop tools to manage my emotions and thoughts in a healthier way.
