I am absolutely mortified that while my Recovery Coach is on leave, they have ceased supporting me. Three weeks in I am chasing them up, while they avoid my calls for 3 days and then say they have to find me someone. I was advised I would have a phone call from someone there on the first week (while Recovery Coach) was away to continue my support, this didn't happen.
Why does a vulnerable person who is on NDIS for a reason, have to chase the service up for continued support?!?!

Only care about how much funding you have. Even if you’re desperate for support, they don’t care. They will schedule a time to call you and not call, nor communicate a different time. They just care about money.

I’ve tried to cancel, they ignore me. I said the charges for travel, seriously, $90, just for travel. As a self managed participant, prices are negotiable and I have to agree to them, I haven’t, it’s digging deep into my funding. I’m trying to tell them the support isn’t for accessing the community, I haven’t gone out once. They will charge for every possible thing without consent. Providers like this lost the meaning of what ndis and like a lot of providers, cash in and take advantage of funds to help and support people on Ndis, sickening, so much money going into the pockets of people who don’t care. They don’t even try to deny it, they just bill you and ignore your concerns. My support worker is great but I can’t handle who he works for. Un empathetic people. Money money money. Shameful.
And it&/ funny how when places like this get a bad review, there@/ no record of them being on their system. All the scammers say that lol.

Incompetent.. I have a huge a tax bill!
As do many other staff members. They should be struck off the Registered NDIS list & NEVER be allowed to run a business ever again. Greed I tell you. Greed.
