I drove to Nathalia for my grandma's funeral, from Western Australia. We stayed longer than planned so I didn't have enough medication. I went into the pharmacy and told the lady about it, she told me I was silly for it, which was fair, she was happy to help regardless. She took the list and went out back and came back with a sheet of 2 of my medications and a box I can purchase of another one. She put the two sheets in my bag and i honestly felt blessed. There was some medication they didn't have, when I tried in a chemist in the next town over they were telling me I had to get it faxed over, despite me explaining I was passing through the town. Had to wait til I was almost completely out before I managed to get that medication. I'm rambling, just seeing the kindness and support from this chemist and comparing it to the coldness of the bigger pharmacies really made this pharmacy stand out and I've been thinking about it over the past week.

They actually care about the people that come through the door and do whatever they can to help. It was a highlight during a difficult time.

Thank you for your kindness and support. It's a core memory of mine now and really shows the genuineness from a small town. Also everyone's just so friendly and happy to chat. Loved it there over all.
