I am torn between rating a one star or a 5. I have had great service from them but today they berated my partner to a point where he has said he will never shop there again. He had order a shower head from in store that when I looked at it online I realised it would not fit our system. I had called a couple of days ago and cancelled the order. Today he went in and was ripped into by a male staff member/maybe the owner about cancelling. I have since read the return policy of the store and ask was it explained to my partner that their policy does not allow for a change of mind. What if it was paid for and we found it didn't fit. I accept that each store has their own policy, however as a family run small community store I would expect some understanding and compassion to repeat customers. We are in the process of renovating and had been purchasing local, but looks like the Shepparton superstores might end up taking our business.

Great service, they go above and beyond to get you the right product for the job you are doing. If they don’t have it they can get it quickly for you! Dean & Kristy & their team are awesome people to deal with & we can’t fault them. No need to go to other towns, we support local.
