We love doctor amina. We’ve been seeing her for years always professional with our care plans and treatment. The rating is not based on her she is an easy 10 stars. The rating is based on the receptionist who is the face of clinic on arrival. This is in hopes that it gets some type of change considering how many bad reviews have been left already about her unprofessionalism and she’s still there. She is utterly unprofessional and has no experience in face to face customer service. She screams an easy don’t come back here if you are looking for love and care. Disgustingly rude must I add with no care of how she speaks or treats Dr Aminas community. Get rid of her please - better yet if you’re reading this review seek education on how to treat humans.

The worst clinic everrrrr. Receptionist is far away from being human she is just rude and impolite over the phone and on desk. DR AMINA is getting busy booking more than standard and can't reach out to booked clients. I will report to Department of health as well for negligence of care and misuse of people time and trust !!!! Specially that rude and useless Receptionist

I visited this clinic today for the second time and was greeted by an incredibly rude staff member who was clearly not wanting to assist or be helpful in any way. This staff member claimed they are also the manager of the clinic. The lack of knowledge this woman had along with the rudeness this woman displayed was very concerning considering this is a medical centre where people visit when they are ill or need help. Please contact me for further details, I am more than happy to provide detailed feedback to the owner. I will not be visiting this clinic ever again and will also not recommend to anybody in the area based on this very poor experience.

Dr Amina is like angel sweet and professional dr she has been my gp fro the last 8 years and alway took care of me very well and during my pregnancy she has been a very supportive I love her and respect her a lot thanks to her for everything love from Obaida Ashashimi

Extremely arrogant and rude receptionist.
Dr. Amina is super busy . It's hard to get appointment and prescription.
They provide wrong blood test reference letter, even after notifying them they still made this mistake.
No due diligence or follow up on patients
No apologies given for wrong referral letter. ( My wife had to give blood twice for NIPT ..because of their mistake )
Reception has no customer service ethics and highly unprofessional.
Worst experience and worst clinic ever to visit.

Nice doctors, and reception, but ridiculously poor time management. We have had to wait more than two hours at more than one occasion to see the doctor. Plus they charge you extra if you need any form filled or signed by your GP, it's just all about money now.

I recently visited this medical center and the medical services provided were good, but the experience was marred by the uncomfortable waiting room temperature. The temperature was uncomfortably hot, which made it difficult to wait for my appointment. As we all know, high temperatures can also promote the spread of viruses and infections, which is not good for a medical center. I was concerned about the lack of attention to this issue and hope that the management can take steps to address it.
