I've been a patient here for 8 years - and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Every Dr. Ive seen has been caring and professional, and practice management and reception are the same. Not only are the professionals there great to deal with, but the environment is calming and pleasant. It's not a bulk billing practice, but the service offered is well worth the gap fee.

HealthMint is such a beautiful clinic. The front staff were so welcoming and patient, making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Dr. Imasha is incredibly personable and empathetic — she explained everything so clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

My first time here and was blown away when the GP apologised to me for the 10min wait after my appointment time.
Receptionist was professional and friendly and acknowledged me as soon as I arrived.
The GP was very thorough and professional.
It’s a beautiful and relaxing space and doesn’t even look like a medical clinic.
The fee is high but you get what you pay for.

Dr Terence has been our trusted GP for our whole family for nearly over 5 years now especially for our 4yr old autistic son. Dr Terence has been so thorough, investigative & noble. He takes his time with us. He understands that autism has impacted our whole family. We are grateful for his support & the work he does.

The service fell short of my expectations, especially given the cost ($178.11).

I booked an appointment for my baby’s 6-week check-up, yet essential aspects of the examination were overlooked. My baby’s height was not measured, and no details were recorded in the Green Book until I specifically requested it. I had anticipated receiving guidance on key developmental milestones and care at this stage, but I was informed that there was nothing in particular to advise.

Dr. Imasha did not demonstrate a particularly thorough or thoughtful approach, and based on this experience, I do not intend to return.

Furthermore, I was assured that a referral would be sent to me via email, but I have yet to receive it.

Myself and my daughter have attended the clinic before. My daughter attended an appointment on a Thursday morning in pain, a swab was taken we were told 2-3 days for a result. Nothing was administered at Healthmint for her pain or even antibiotics to potentially help. By Saturday my daughter was in so much pain and we had no results or contact from healthmint from our Thursday appt.
We went to another provider in the area, who also took a swab and who administered antibiotics and painkillers to assist in the time being. The other providers results came back faster than healthmint and my daughter was put on a fast treatment of antibiotics, in the meantime healthmint just sent us a text 6 days later with a text to make an appointment, and then just relentless calls from their admin team to try to book you in again. $$$$, a phone call with results would have been nicer!! They charge exorbitant prices, and you may feel like you are being listened to at the time but the aftercare is no good. Just make another appointment ! Wouldn’t recommend and we won’t be back.

My experience was excellent. Generous sized waiting room, which is almost not needed as the wait time was less than 5 minutes. Lovely staff and a Doctor who actually wanted to hear and address my concerns. Highly recommend.

So fortunate to have found HealthMint and Dr. Terence, when my previous wonderful GP retired last year. He is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable [on all my many health issues], and extremely proactive, caring and thorough.
