I visited this clinic for the first time and saw Dr Aneela Ilyas. As soon as I entered, her disposition was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. During our very quick consult which literally lasted 5 minutes, she was incredibly unhelpful. I had to fill in gaps of silence with explanations about my problem, trying to add detail to be more clear, as she was barely communicating with me. She didn’t ask me any questions, came across very judgemental, and her advice actually went against what the doctors at the hospital told me to do. My biggest concern was that my hearing had gotten worse - I was actually very excited to see a doctor who I hoped could solve my issue after visiting the hospital and being told to see a GP if my problem got worse - and all she told me to do was “book a hearing test”. I had to probe her for questions about my hearing during the very short consult, and I had to be the one who asked her for details like where to book. She told me that there were “hearing clinics around the area” and left it at that. So incredibly unhelpful! Such disgusting service, and an awful attitude. I quite literally had to keep asking more questions about what she had found because she basically refused to communicate. And after a generous 5 whole minutes she couldn’t make it any more clear that she wanted me out. That was the worst experience I have had with a health professional. Dr Aneela Ilyas was disgusting, unempathetic, unhelpful, and just plain rude.

Upon seeing an ear specialist, Dr Aneela’s observations were actually incorrect - so not only bad service but bad at what she does.

The receptionists and our doctor, Dr Moe, are fantastic. He is great with little kids and is very thorough. With most GPs in Melbourne no longer bulk billing, Parkhill Medical is a great option for mixed billing GPs.

Plenty of parking spots in the shopping area but can get busy after school. In-house pathology (4cyte) is available too, which is handy.

Pleasantly surprised i hadn't been before but will again . Receptionist was lovely called to explain charges. Received a text saying Dr was running late come later, and Dr Moe very thorough and professional. Extremely happy with this visit.
