Casey Super Clinic used to be good, Not any more, all they are interested in is how can I take your money, my wife and daughter have been in there recently to get medical advice and assistance, not a shred of care, compassion or understanding from the doctor, my wife attended today been a Sunday and all the Doctor cared about was have you paid.
do yourself a favour and avoid this place. They don't care about there patients.

Thanks for replying Grace. If this is the case then it should be on a case by case basis. The receptionist did not ask me or staff as to why I am visiting the clinic. I had a serious bladder infection which needed prompt medicine. Surely the clinic can focus on healthcare as well and not only the business. I had no one to drive me and I never experienced incontinence before. So stressed I was I couldn't drive as I panicked. I would appreciate if the clinic can change policy and ask patients why they want to see the doctor and assist accordingly. No wonder hospitals are busy and your clinic was bare empty. What a disgrace

Booked a standard consult and called the clinic to confirm bulk billing and nothing out of pocket.
Came to my appointment and was told $95 out of pocket. No wonder the place was empty.
I lost bladder control about 50% and under immense stress and walk to a clinic expecting some treatment but instead $95 first time fee.
Like many other fellow Aussies I am doing it very tough right now. I said can't afford it.
This all is just a business and the care factor is out the door.
I found a new practice close to home and they only charged $25 out of pocket. In the end I got the antibiotics and can safely recover and continue to work.
Shame on the politicians because so many hard working people have to see this day in Australia and shame on this clinic.

It is our family clinic. Our family doctor is very experienced and pleasant to talk to. Receptionists are friendly. They sometimes make mistakes, but who doesn’t. We appreciate what’s provided here.

My mum worked here for 15 years. I’ve been going here since I was a child. I can say with a lot of experience that this is simply the worst medical clinic that I’ve ever been to. Staff all hate their jobs, doctors simply don’t care, don’t keep up to date with modern medicine are simply arrogant pricks.

WARNING do not see Dr. Allen, he’s the worst. Went in yesterday with a potentially partially torn ACL and he wouldn’t write me a bulk billable referral for an MRI. He worded my referral specifically in a way so that I wouldn’t be accepted for bulk billing.

I have a lovely experience every time I attend doctors at Casey. The girls behind the desk are always so kind to myself and my children they go above and beyond by getting them coloring pages and pencils. My children love going there, they always remember the wonderful girls behind the desk.
The doctors are exceptional, they always listen to me especially when I’m a concerned mother about my children. My son has suffered life threatening asthma, thankfully to dr’s at doctors at Casey medical he is now living somewhat a normal life with an asthma plan that works well for him
