Had an appointment at 2o’clock as a courtesy brang my family early and paternity started waiting from 1:45pm to get injections for overseas. It is 2:30 yet we are still waiting ... fast forward 2:45 the kids are falling asleep I ask the receptionist what’s happening she says the Dr is running late and there is 4 more people ahead of you I reminded her my appointment was at 2 o’clock which best suited the Dr post to making the appointment. At 3:15 everyone was tiered and I was also starting to lack patience. I decided to cancel my appointment and go home when the receptionist told me if you want tickets cancel your appointment you have to pay the cancellation fee and there was 5 of us. This has happened on so many occasions. Strongly do not recommend.

The worst dr in south east if I can give her a big zero I would she's good for nothing her attitude and her indian ugly daughter as worst as her mum ill be taking a further action against her lets see how thing turn out for her instead of DR worst help the patient she's just there to make money from people and charge the Medicare I hope no one else experience what I experienced.
