My family and I have been attending this clinic for a few years now and the staff have always been polite and helpful. Our GP Dr Rohan is exceptional. Dr Vincent is also very good and thorough and we have a lot of faith in doctors Rohan and Vincent. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Dr Leigh who has also been good and does not rush you.
We have very rarely had to wait for a long period of time for our apt and if for some reason we run late for our apt, they have been very accommodating and have never been turned away by my doctors.

I was promoted to write this review because of our gratitude to Dr Leigh Zhu as well as the staff at Narre Warren medical center .

I have been coming here for about 12 years when I used to take my aunties there to see Dr Thi Li . And my husband and I moved over about the same time that Dr Leigh Zhu started at the practice .

Dr Leigh Zhu is truly one of the most dedicated doctors we have ever met . I have ridiculously complex medical issues . I don’t know what we would do without his support , patience , understanding , vigilance and determination to not give up on finding answers or solutions . ( He was also spot on with a diagnosis for my aunty which a specialist did not pursue ) Dr Zhu has never dismissed anything my husband and I bring up and he has found things that not even specialists have because of the time dedication and knowledge he gives to his patients .

My aunties were also complex and for all the years we have been going to the clinic not only the doctors but The front reception staff and nurses have always been so helpful ! They do what they can to assist in all of our family needs communicating with doctors and pathology if needed .

I actually wrote this review of gratitude about 18 months ago but can’t see it . However our gratitude for their /the consistent high quality of care of Dr zhu has only strengthened.
And anytime I have callled the practice the receptionist but Elisse in particular has been so incredibly patient kind and accommodating .

I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic .

Amazing doctors but useless receptionist team. Called three different times and three different receptionists picked up each time but no one knew what I was talking about as no one communicates. Booked an appointment and was ghosted, so I called the clinic to see what had happened and they said I must’ve cancelled the appointment, which I hadn’t. No apologies for the hassle and they promised me a call back within the day and I got no call at all. They just told me the doctor no longer had any appointments and to book one five days in advance. It would be nice for them to communicate better as a team and help their customers out but they weren’t helpful at all.

*WARNING**
There is not a dying dog I would take to this clinic. Dr F. D'Souza there is a professional way to treat patients attending your clinic in severe mental distress. And it is with empathy, concern and at least a modicum of pretend to care for your patients.
Your treatment and review of my daughter this morning was utterly appalling. She ended up in casualty later with her husband, finally getting appropriate support, and proper management of her condition but with no thanks to you.
To all those attending this clinic suffering mental distress, or in any form of crisis, please do not book this doctor.
The clinic needs to urgently review its protocols in clinical management and care of those suffering any form of mental distress.
I would be distressed beyond measure at anyone else having to be treated so dismally and abhorrently by the same doctor.
