Very unprofessional. At the counter i asked for a lady massage therapist to do my sciatica treatment. Then i went to the room took off my clothes then the guy came into do my massage. They don’t do what agreed to do first . Guy came into and said we don’t have any ladies to do your massage then y the hell agreed to do ? Very unprofessional and try to attract customers saying lies . And I ended up not getting my massage. and also previously also i had an incident that 60 min massage they took 40 min only complete.. such liars and don’t do their job properly don’t get the service what i am paid for. Really disappointed

Would not recommend. First, was heavily influenced to pay with cash - and they took my payment/private health claim for my remedial massage prior to the treatment. Was put into a room where they asked me to lie down and keep my jeans on without asking where the focus areas were (which was meant to be legs!). The therapist changed 15 minutes into the treatment and was passed off to another individual, which was inconsistent and unprofessional. Every time I was answering a question, the therapist would stop without continuing treatment (~10 minutes receiving no treatment). The therapist was yelling back and forth to the manager, and I had discussed prior to the treatment to receive cupping alongside the treatment... never was provided. The worst aspect was that prior to the treatment I told the therapist that I was allergic 'tiger balm'. As soon as she put the balm on, I recognised the smell and told her that again, I was allergic. She continued to apply the balm stating that it 'was not tiger balm' and was 'a different alternative'. It wasn't until I broke into tears after the treatment in front of the manager that they understood the situation. Had to monitor the allergic reaction to determine if to go to hospital....not impressed, with no compensation provided.

Me and my mum always come to this place and we love it! The staff are so lovely and I love going to Michelle for my massages. She always puts in 100% effort to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I always feel so great after spending some time at therapy zone. Keep up the awesome work guys!

My absolute favourite place to get a massage, I have had alot of migraines, back issues stemming from my scoliosis and I always walk out of here after Tulip has done her magic feeling soooo good! The way she takes the time to explain and her lovely angelic manner, she is such a breath of fresh air! I even have my 17 year old daughter who was always sceptical about massages loving it! ❤️ can't give them enough stars or love for their amazing service.
