What an absolutely disgusting and disgraceful experience. After going in early this morning and making an appointment for my 5 year old daughter to see the Dr at 4pm today with the morning receptionist, I was just turned away by the afternoon receptionist at 3.55pm. She drilled me about the fact that I was a NEW patient and they don't take new patients, she asked where I lived and how many people in my family and why was I coming to this practice and reminded me that the practice doesn't bulk bill but couldn't tell me of the actual cost. After having just moved to the area all I can say is what a joke!
What an archaic practice. With all these new buildings going up everywhere in the area and people needing these types of facilities this has left a sour taste.
I will be taking this further.
My daughter is sick and I was turned away by a medical practice even though I had an appointment.
