Next practice at Deakin is filled with extremely gentle and caring staff. As I entered the practice for my appointment I was welcomed by a patient advocate who checked me in made me feel comfortable. The reception area is bright and modern. My appointment with my doctor is always looking for a multitude of options before providing me with the best possible solution. I always feel secure, safe and reassured that I am receiving the best and most professional care possible. The staff always have a smile on their face and an incredibly positive attitude.

OMG! If I could give Next Practice a 10/5 I so would! Every time I go in the staff are always so attentive and always have a smile on their face! Always such a warm welcoming. What makes it better is when I speak to my doctor about anything they are always listening to my concerns and always discussing multiple options not just one. They are always looking to put me first! Overall an amazing place and just makes a visit that could be awkward feel so welcoming and comfortable! 10/10!

My first time at this practice and Dr Ren Poh was one of the best GP's Ive visited in Canberra. So personable, friendly and helpful and great with kids. My son had a minor procedure done on the spot on his first appointment. The procedure was quick and very neatly cut and stiched up and my son didn't cry with how good he was. Also had a sense of humour! The surgery looks new and is like no other surgery. Very fresh modern decor with a very different vibe.

I visited this practice and saw Dr Ren Poh. I have been trying to find a new GP as I have been struggling to find one that makes me feel heard and like my health is important. I usually feel totally brushed off and rushed when I see a GP, but this was not the case with Dr Ren Poh. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made me feel totally comfortable. He made sure I was happy with my visit before I left.

I had to visit again for a different reason not long after and saw Dr Elizabeth Wong as Ren Poh wasn’t available that day. I had the same experience with her. She seemed to really care and it was so refreshing.

Reception is super friendly and lovely to deal with as well.

I would not recommend any other GP practice than Next Practice Deakin.
