While I was visiting my family after having my first baby I booked in to the women's health physio Kristy to have my pelvic floor checked. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and after giving me a few exercises I've gone on to have another baby with no issues! She was so lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend!

I saw Kristy after undergoing treatment for cancer and she helped me in ways I can’t explain. The side effects and muscle degeneration had me in so much pain, but Kristy was so understanding and helpful.
My recovery was much less stressful and I was able to regain muscle and strength through her structured Pilates and home exercises.

I have been seeing Kristy for over 3 years for treatment for my arthritis and also attending pilate classes. Without Kristy I don’t believe I would have maintained my mobility. I can’t recommend her and Ovens Valley Physio highly enough. I have read some of the previous reviews which could not possibly be true. Kristy is one the most dedicated professional physiotherapist I have ever seen and an important and active member of the Myrtleford community.
