I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your camping ground . While I had initially been excited to spend time in nature, my experience was marred by several issues. First off all you overcharged us by more than 100 dollars ( we only got a refund after we mentioned this case ). The first 2 days were nice and peaceful . The camping was close to being empty ( in January ).But by the third day workers arrived and started cutting and grinding steel , building a decking on a new cottage . There was extreme noise and air pollution during the next 4 days . The grinding started at 8 in the morning . At the reception I asked why do I pay more on a January if I have to listen to grinding all day ? The only reply I got was that if I wasn't happy I should go back home .

Great location and lovely shady sites. The ensuite site ( camping) was very clean and a wonderful treat. Camp kitchen was excellent as well, with lots of space and amenities. Little noisy 1st thing

Don’t bother. Cramped, cheek by jowl site despite plenty of spread out roomier sites available. Kicked ouf of TV room at 9,00pm. Not particularly welcoming management. Wouldn’t stay again preferring to look at one of the many alternatives in the area,

We stayed at a Ensuite site with our small van. The receptionist was very helpful and the site was great. the ensuite was clean and modern.
We would stay there again if we ever travel through again.
Highly recommend it.

Management are an absolute disgrace at this park, Booked 1 month in advance and arrived to hear our booking was cancelled as they "thought" that we may have too many people staying at the site. I was blown away, have 3 kids under 4 and I asked where can we stay then, she said "you can always go back to melbourne" So, cut a long story short, I was kicked out before I arrived. What a bunch of grumps, head to bright/porepunkah just down the road for a better experience.

Beautiful little park in serene surroundings. The lady at reception was incredibly warm and welcoming. She gave us lots of great info about the surrounding area and activities for the kids. The en-suite type amenities were a welcome surprise with their heated floors and towel rails. Lovely on a cold winters night. Great sized drive through sites and well located to access the snow.
