I visited the medical centre with my wife on 18 September at 8:00am. The centre opened sharp on time at 8:00am. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a very satisfactory consultation with the doctor and we were able to discuss and get solutions for all the medical issues. We have been consulting this same doctor for all our medical issues for over 20 years and that speaks for itself.

Dr Joy Fletcher has been my GP for the last 3 years. She is caring, thorough and professional. I am very pleased with the quality and level of care from Dr Fletcher.

At this clinic I was casually abused and patronised but not cured.

It was my first time being sick since living in the area and I first saw Dr Varun S. with high fever and a persistent cough. While examining my lungs, he suddenly pressed his stethoscope hard on my nipple without warning or asking if it would be ok to listen there. I was so shocked, I couldn't even say anything. Many doctors examined me since, during my illness, but no one else thought it necessary to pick that particular spot. But at least ask!

I kept getting worse so I came back 2 days later. I refused to see Dr V.S. again - the receptionists didn't even ask why just booked me in with Dr Patrick C.
He tried to help at least, hence the 2 stars.
But I think he failed to recognise just how serious my condition was.
Instead of trying all avenues towards a diagnosis (at this stage I had to close to 40C fever and a cough for 4 days), we had a somewhat patronising chat about needing to spend more time outside.

Just 2 days after I saw Dr P. C., I ended up at the emergency coughing up blood and struggling to breathe. I had severe pneumonia.

Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Prince of Wales Hospital I'm now ok.
But the 'care' I received at Mascot Medical didn't get me there.

I have been attending Mascot Medical for over 10 years. Dr. Pagunuran-Perez is a truly fantastic doctor. The medical centre is great for one-shop stop, as you can get tests done, vaccination, etc.
Good parking behind, pharmacy nearby… and lovely reception.
Not long waits for phone or in person appointments.
