I saw Micelle C at the Burpengary office to complete my tax return and she was amazing. I have been going to the Aspley office for years and it's always someone different giving me different advice and explaining things poorly. Michelle C has completely changed my view of H & R Block at a time I was considering going elsewhere. She was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly in a way I could understand and provided advice as I needed. I would happily come back every year to see her. The only disappointing part of my experience was how hot the office was with no air conditioning. I do not understand how poor Michelle could work there in a heatwave with no cool air. Despite this Michelle Cmade my experience seamless. Highly recommend her!

I've been coming to H&R Block Burpengary for quite some time now. All the staff are professional and efficient. I was quite blown away with how quickly Melissa transferred all my handwritten business details. What took me two solid days to write, took Melissa around half an hour. I've heard some absolute horror stories about other places, and I'm so happy that I've never had a negative experience at H&R Block. They do everything they can to help you get tax back rather than having to pay a huge sum at the end of the financial year.

Great staff, really friendly and welcoming.
Everything is explained as your tax return is being done, You always know were you stand.
Consultants always offer advice on how to maximise your return for future years and you always receive a bigger return from H & R Block as apposed to going anywhere else. May cost a bit more then other places but it's well worth it. Do yourself a favour and see H & R Block

Do not waste your time or money. The staff (at the Burpengary office) answering the phone do not want to listen, talk over the top of you and are simply not willing to help. Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, expensive and under trained. Their mistakes could cost you $$$. I have been a customer for many years and always had a good experience however because of this representative behavior they have lost me and my wife’s business.

This office has forgotten all about customer service and the simply art of listening. Too quick to tell you that you are wrong and they are right without taking the time to listen and investigate.

I know the loss of a couple customers will not make their business suffer but hopefully this will let other potential customers know what they should expect. Shop around, find a better price and find a tax agent that is willing to help and that takes the time to listen.

no stars for them! I have never felt so judged & been treated so horrible before! Tracy made some horrible comments throughout the appointment that were so belittling & when questioning the amount charged at the end [which was not disclosed at the beginning of the appointment, which being such a large amount I feel it should of since it was not stated anywhere] I was very disrespected & made to feel less of a human!! Will be going elsewhere next year that's for sure!! Wouldn't recommend her at all!

Used H&R Block Burpengary for 3 plus years. Not only do they take forever to complete your lodgement they make many errors and don't provide any professional advice. We changed accountants this year and cant believe the difference in professionalism and knowledge. We requested information be sent to the new accountant and H&R Block refused to co operate. So far its been over 2 weeks after promising to send it 4 times and making endless excuses. I would avoid at all cost.

Very poor service. Told us to walk in then when we did they weren't available so they said to come back at a particular time which we did and they still couldn't see us so booked a third time and eventually did our tax returns. Then told me that my return was almost double the cost which I paid and my tax return was refunded half of what they told me I would get back. Worst experience ever.
