Very busy on Saturday morning after a week of rain. But acknowledge everyone while they were waiting, still had someone helping load salt and chlorine to customers cars. Excellent service as always and competitive prices.

My first time at this pool shop, travelled from the Sunshine Coast (no stores open on a Sunday near me) and was so pleasantly surprised to finally find an honest pool shop. The staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable taking the time to explain and make sure I understood what was required. There was no upselling and the range of products was excellent (even had rubber seals) and fixed my skimmer basket, not trying to sell me another one. Will definitely be back!

Have been going here for over a year and have found them to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Previously tried a different pool shop that were consistently trying to oversell products my pool didn't need. Might need to wait 10 minutes during busy times but worth it to get professional service.
