I cannot recommend Dr Ellis highly enough. They are quite busy but the practice seems to have doctors, especially Dr Ellis, who listen and act quickly. I’ve seen many GP’s through the years and rarely leave glowing reviews but I was so happy to find a doctor with excellent knowledge, compassion and common sense.

Hi Dr Ellis ,
It's Leslie, I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Lee as I couldn’t get in to see you which you would be aware of and was told by your receptionist in a very arrogant and rude manner that your practice isn't a bulk billing facility, and that I have been running away out the door quickly to avoid paying for all my previous visits .
As you can imagine I was shocked as I've been coming to your practice from day one of you opening, and have had so many consultations and have never beed asked to pay money upfront my visits have always been bulk billed.
I was told very rudely that she was personally told by yourself that I have to pay for my consultations and to catch me before I ran out the door with out paying.
This to me sounds like a mistake or very discriminatory as I have a concession card and am a full time career for my grandmother, The receptionist was so disrecpetful speaking to me like I was dirt just palming me off and ignoring me as I was trying to talk to her.
I don’t understand why i now and apparently always was required to pay to sse a doctor?
There were another patients rolling there eyes at her ,she was that loud that everyone in the waiting area could hear and all looked in astonishment on how I was spoken to.
I did explain to her that I have a Concession card but she replied it’s up to the Dr and he said to charge you .
This is not how a medical practice should be,I’ve never encountered such a rude receptionist, you would have been disgusted if you were listening to the way she conducted her self towards me.
Would you please explain to me what has changed and why I can be no longer to be bulk billed?
She said she would get you to call me and explain, but judging by her attitude towards me for no reason what so ever, that It wouldn’t be a priority for her to speak to you about this matter.

If you don't want to see me as a patient for some reason, please let me know what I have done wrong compared to all other patients who are bulk billed, this is unexpectable and offensive that I am treated differently to other patients.

I was gonna start the review by calling him Dr. Ellis, but you meet the guy and he's like "you can call me Charlie" 🙂 - not only a super warm introduction, but the more you need to see him, the more you realize that's his true personality. I am not one to write reviews, but Charlie definitely deserves the exception. Where is the 6-star button?

I’ve been seeing doctor Ellis for the past 3 years.... I was referred by a friend. He is amazing . I’ve met a lot of doctors but not him... he actually cares and not to mention I have 2 kids- he’s great with them too
