The nurse this morning was amazing with my 5yo, so gentle and friendly and even gave her this beautiful hand made teddy and certificate at the end! Talk about going above and beyond- if I could give 10 stars I would!

Sue provided an amazing service, she was friendly and easy to talk to, she was very gentle and was able to locate my hard to find vein. Definitely recommend 👍🏼(open 8 to 12pm)

Very disappointing experience with the senior pathology lady. Upon entering, we were not greeted/welcomed. Infact she showed little initiative to assist and whole time she was on her phone playing card games. We didn't had mask, she was rude about it rather than politely handing us one. This staff behaviour is unprofessional and should not be accepted by the practice. Will never use service of this clinic again!
