The best Dr surgery in south east Queensland. The Dr’s are amazing, the Nurses great and the admin staff are always smiling and helpful.
A massive shout out to Dr Susmita Mishra. Your dedication to your profession and your patients is truly admirable. You truly are making a difference every day to all your patients. Every visit you give me the best care I could possibly revive form any Dr.
If I never made the decision to find a caring Dr who would put my health first not just a pay check I would not be alive today.

Great doctor medical centre, I absolutely love coming here with my child , I have never ever had a problem here or felt uncomfortable very friendly and welcoming staff and the doctors are amazing . They listen to every concern about health issues and give a great service in return, very friendly and helpful the reception are great as well they always go beyond for me every visit, I highly recommend . It took me a long time to find a great doctor and place I feel comfortable and safe I really love coming here .

The doctor I was seeing was fine until she left the practise. The staff are completely ignorant and rude about what your needs, have no empathy about your concerns and treat me with little respect. I would never recommend this place and am glad to move on as the doctor did. Very difficult to deal with and mostly uninterested. Good support team: reception staff courteous and try their best juggling between calls, patient requests and billing; nurses show care and check in when waiting for doc assessment. Waiting time reasonable - if late doc informs when calling patients in and apologises. Sometimes difficult to get appts online as they're booked quickly. Hate that! Been advised to do telehealth those times and I've received calls either morning or afternoon. Physio helped me a lot.

Update: why say we are only humans, when you are saying opening was not late?

Update: another point down from me, changed emails yesterday and was told my a pointment is 10.40, came in, waited half an hour and asked the reception, they said my appointment is 11.20. Showed her the email. She was a bit too sassy. She also said the times are never on time?

I rarely write reviews and in particular try to avoid negative reviews. But I've had three poor experiences with this clinic in the past two weeks and will now seek another clinic.

I am still awaiting a telehealth appointment for my Son who visited the clinic on the 8th August. Initially we were told that I would be phoned the day after his appointment. This didn't occur. I then called to ask about his results and was told I needed to rebook a phone appointment, which I did. The day arrived for this appointment and the GP was unwell, so a voicemail was left by the clinic to rebook. I'm wanting to know why we received results for a Covid test (which wasn't mentioned in the consult), but didn't receive the results for Strep (what the GP said QML would test for)? I have rebooked for him, for this week coming. I also had an appointment booked this past Wednesday for myself. On my way out, the GP said to not forget the repeat on my script. Head to the pharmacy next door and they said there was no repeat, which means I wouldn't have the full course of antibiotics. They told me they would get the GP to resend the script via text for me to collect. I called the next day to check (no text received the day prior) and according to the pharmacy, she must have forgotten to text me and now isn't back until next week. Now to today; I had booked my infant Daughter in to hopefully receive some medication, as she's been sick for a couple of weeks and seemingly not getting better. I arrived quite early hoping to get in earlier - there were no earlier appointments unfortunately (understandably, but thought I'd try because my Daughter needed a nap). The receptionist was really helpful though and stated that they were running to time. I had waited until nearly our appointment time, when the receptionist informed me that the GP was running approximately 25 minutes behind. I told her that the last time I was at the clinic with two little ones I waited 45 minutes and that was too long. She told me I could book a Telehealth appointment instead for my Daughter. But was unsure if I could ask for the forgotten script for myself. I asked the timing of the Telehealth appointment and was told it would be later in the afternoon - it wasn't. I was phoned about 45 minutes after my initial booking and unfortunately missed the call. I phoned back and was told I would be phoned again. The phone call then came after the clinic had closed, so I wasn't near my phone.

Now I have an infant Daughter who is still unwell, no answers yet about my Son, no script for myself - chances are higher that I'll remain unwell. I have no opportunity to attend the clinic again this coming week to retrieve my script. I have been sick on and off for about 2 months already.

I'm incredibly frustrated, as I actioned all the steps requested of me, but wasn't given the expected patient care for myself, my Son or my Daughter. I noticed in the reply to a few other reviews, there was mention that the grievance wasn't addressed with the clinic. I shared my frustration today at having to wait 45 minutes previously with two little children. I also shared my frustration when I had to rebook the Telehealth appointment for my Son and when I phoned both the pharmacy and clinic and was told they were sorry but the GP forgot to send the repeat of my script. Thanks
