I had my appointment made for around 3 to 4 weeks and they call me 3 days before my appointment telling me they have triple booked me for the same day and same time as 2 other patients and they wanted to reschedule for another day and time, well I was in need of my injection and at a specific day and they expect me to wait and move my appointment to further into the month, totally unacceptable, now given my appointment was made 3 to 4 weeks in advance they would have known about the triple booking well in advance, extremely poor way to run a Drs of all places and so much for getting the health care I need, unimpressed is an understatement, they have failed in there duty of care and what’s worse is if they do it to me imagine what could happen if it was elderly person.
