I had a great experience with the staff. However, the reason for giving them 1 star is because I was asked to give $10 for walking in then $110 for a very short consultation $120 in total. $40 rebate is nothing. This was a rip off. I have never paid this much money for a quick check out.
Avoid this place if you can.
I don’t understand why we still pay high taxes and they health care system continue to be broken and going down the hill. Hopefully, Australia doesn’t become like America where getting sick is not allow and the health care is a business and affordable only for reach people.

I just went there for the first time and I couldn’t get home quick enough to write my review!!! What an amazing experience. The receptionist was so lovely and friendly. The nurses were so friendly and bubbly, just so professional but so happy and pleasant. The doctor was also very professional and lovely. The clinic was so clean and had a lovely feel about it. I was seen straight away too! Honestly I not only couldn’t fault my experience I highly recommended it!!!

Been caller number 2 for almost half an hour for an advertised 7pm closing time. Trying really hard to avoid going to the emergency room but I guess too bad so sad.
