Joseph is an amazing dentist. The best I've ever been to. He explains everything all the way through the procedure. No pain ever and great teeth after. I travelled a long way each time I had my treatment and it was worth it. A lovely friendly team and brilliant dentist!

I have been dealing with this dental practice for nearly 6 months. They have put me on a plan but have not done the work to my teeth. I've tried to get it sorted with the practice manager, and all he can say to me is all the work you got. Done has been charged to your plan. i was waiting as Rebecca went on holidays to have the rest of my work finished, but it never happened. I have been overcharged, and being a single mother does not make it easy. I would not recommend this dentist. Smiles nambour is the best

Recently changed to Blackall Terrace Dental, what a Wonderful difference. The Reception area is Welcoming, Accommodating and the team are Amazing. I had a great Experience with the Dentist. Professional calmness throughout the entirety of my visits. My first examination my Mouth And Teeth were checked over thoroughly with everything explained in detail. Arrived at the dentist for a regular check up and was welcomed with nothing but smiles and positivity. Extremely helpful staff. Dr Joseph Hollywood and his assistant Makayla went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times and were very thorough throughout my treatment process. Even enjoyed a couple of laughs! The overall vibe of the practice is calm/relaxed and the staff are happy to be there! Hands down THE BEST dentist experience I’ve ever had. I even booked my son in for a check up and have now made Blackall Terrace Dental my regular dentist. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much team!

I broke a tooth yesterday morning so l rang Blackall Terrace dental surgery to see if I could get an appointment as I was a new patient, I was able to get an appointment later in the morning and had a repair done all before midday. I went back this morning for a follow up appointment as I haven’t been to a dentist for some time, the checkup was extremely through and l was given a plan for follow-up work along all the costs for future work. I was very impressed with the level of information I revived during both visits and would like to thank Joe and his team for their professionalism.
