Having a male doctor who genuinely listens and takes the time to understand my concerns is healing, and I finally found that in Dr. Aaron Wyatt. His excellent people skills, warmth, and in-depth up to date knowledge is a breath of fresh air. He usually gives multiple treatment options, making sure his patients are part of the decision making process rather than imposing his own views. I first started seeing him after I got out of the hospital last year—he even came in early to make time for me the following day, despite being fully booked, and was very supportive. He is caring, kind, and also does important work in Aboriginal communities. I highly recommend Dr. Aaron Wyatt to anyone seeking a doctor who genuinely listens and cares.

I have mixed reviews here. My doctor: Dr Logan is one of the best doctors I have ever had in my 62 years. He makes me feel cared for not just a number and trained up to suit my individual medical needs. He is young, empathetic, keen to learn, easy to engage with, and really looks after me. I haven't seen so don't know the other doctors, but they also appear friendly. The triage - nurses - are great too. Where the practice falls down is that the receptionists can be rude, and not empathetic although I appreciate their job can be difficult, I have sometimes been on the receiving end of very abrupt and rigid behaviours. Some of these receptionists tend to be 'worse' than others and I have had the odd nice experience. However the reception is the front desk and where patients first engage. I am a fairly new patient but already do not feel comfortable when communicating with reception. I feel sometimes they lack people skills. There also seems to be sometimes a disconnect or lack of communication between the medical staff: doctors/nurses and receptionists. But this is not the only medical practice where I have found the receptionists 'wanting' - so it seems to be common which suggests perhaps their job is too stressful and my feelings on that, is then find another job.

I honestly cannot recommend this clinic more. Every single staff member is so kind and understanding. I have walked away from my appointments actually crying from relief because I finally feel listened too. The Drs and staff go above and beyond for you. I can’t Thankyou enough !

Dr Logan is incredible - so thorough, understanding, compassionate and someone who you feel is genuinely in your corner. Just a great person too.

Jenny, one of the amazing nurses is simply one of the most beautiful people you'll meet. In the best hands no doubt.

The beautiful reception staff and Dee always make you feel so welcome and are just so professional and caring.

I've never been to a surgery where you are made to feel important and cared for, so I highly recommend.

I have been in Noosa for over 20 years, and i have been a patient of this clinic since then. There has been many changes, during this time. It has changed Owners, and of course a new clinic. Change is always difficult for many of us, but i must say the Clinic is very pleasant, spacious, and i just love the team.
We all know that its a challenge to get a Doctors appointment, (through no fault of there own).
However i want to say a BIG THANK YOU

* Thank you for the receptionists in picking up the phone and listening to the person on the other end, and doing your best to find an appointment for your patients.
* Thank you for being patient and showing up even after you get abused but people on the phone or clients waiting for there appointment.
* Thank you for supporting the medical team.
* Thank you for the nurses, who do wound care, take out stiches, follow up on patients, give injections and support Doctors in surgeries.
* Thank you Dee for running a smooth clinic with a smile and supporting your team. (That is gold)
* Thank you to all the Doctors who work in the clinic and do there very best to service your patients. I'm sure it is very challenging, and many hours after your patients have left. You are appreciated.

I personally want to thank the staff and Dr Desh for their long term care, compassion and kindness. Desh is not only an amazing physician who thrives with complex human conditions physically, but also knows how to nurture peoples souls. He and his wonderful staff have held my hand as I have broken cycles of mental and emotional abuse. This level of care and compassion is rarely found in our day to day lives. So it’s with gratitude that I say thank you for phone calls when I’ve been in the depths of darkness. The cheekiness when I needed to be less serious. The clarity when I was confused and the empathy when I was in physical pain.

Noosa Clinic, particularly Dr Desh, have been incredible at identifying and treating my multiple skin cancers. The prevention and treatment plan has been carefully managed for many years. Knowing Dr Desh is so competently and carefully watching my skin at regular intervals gives me peace of mind and confidence.
