I went to Phil with a number of issues due to poor posture, work stress and lower and upper back tightness from previous injuries over the years. Phil knows his stuff of yin yang dry needling like a fine art. After several visits, I now sleep better, my stress has reduced, I nourish my body with better food options and my degenerative pain has dramatically improved. Phil targeted my problematic areas with a combination of massage, cupping and dry needling which reduced overall inflammation in my whole body dramatically. Phil is incredible!
I have visited his clinic for over 18 months as needed. He is a genuine healer, the real deal. Phil has assisted me with a variety of issues and each time I feel a lot of improvement and in some stubborn areas after a couple of sessions complete recovery. I first went to see Phil about acupuncture for fatigue.
He is very caring & professional, & from when you first meet him you feel at ease.
I am having regular appts to help with the fatigue but also working on other issues that were affecting my daily life.
I have more energy which is great so I can spend more time doing things each day rather than having to rest as much.

I had very bad issues with pain in both arms and shoulders and more distressing numbness and tingling pain in both hands .
After several visits to Phil he had managed to eliminate most of the pain in these areas and also assist with relieving a lot of the swelling which was caused by fluid retention. Overall I feel very good but the hand issue is still there so my chiropractor arranged to have an x-ray of my neck and found that I have degenerative issues that will need special treatment that acupuncture couldn’t fix .
In saying all that I am glad I met Phil as I do feel great and wouldn’t hesitate to so him with any further issues.

Phil has not only helped balance my hormones, greatly improving symptoms relating to my menstrual cycle (I can't express my relief enough for this alone!), but has also restored energy and provided guidance to improve my health overall. I live in Brisbane and make trips up specifically to see him. I have recommended Phil to my boyfriend, father, mother, aunt and best friend for various health issues and for each person he tailored treatment to their needs. My Dad, 6 months on keeps talking about how Phil got rid of his cough where modern day medicine couldn't. Phil is very professional and knowledgeable.
I have seen him three times now, once for a bad tension/ stress headache which was gone after just 1 session…

And twice for acupuncture to help induce labour & am awaiting the results (going into labour without being medically induced)🤞🏼. I have felt a lot of relief from these sessions and am clear headed, relaxed & haven’t experienced any anxiety around birth since having these treatments..

After giving birth I will definitely be returning for some general follow up sessions for any concerns I may have.
