Went to this Priceline today around 2:30pm asked the girl at from counter to help me with the products I needed, she had little to no product knowledge nor did she ask me for my sister club membership or even offer me a bag or receipt which I needed. Even if I didn’t want these things customer service should be a priority when working in retail I just left with 5 products in my hand and no receipt to claim my stuff back on tax.

Alice was so lovely and knowledgeable about everything my mum and I were looking for, going above and beyond with samples to try in the same range.

I have struggled with acne and cysts for a long time (5+years) and nothing has worked. With Alice's first-hand knowledge, my face is starting to clear up in a major way!!

I rang up to say thank you and spoke with the lovely Kylie, who had nothing but beautiful words for her staff.

This is my local and I’m always given great customer service every time. There is a team member called Blake who is fairly new and he has impressed me so much with his service. Such a lovely addition to the store.

Worst chemist I have ever dealt with. Incompetent at best. Rude and over charged every time I go there. Brand new bubble products broken in sealed packaging bought for neice for Christmas. I refuse to go to this pharmacy at all for anything ever again. I’m new to the area and this is not a good look.

This pharmacy just make everything so hard for customers. Firstly, there are always problems ordering through the app! I put my order in, get charged and receive messages saying my scripts are ready but they never are, and I always have to explain the whole story over and over! It's so frustrating! It has been like this for about a year now. I also never receive a receipt upon collection, and get questioned whether Ive paid etc. Once I've explained everything (about how their app is meant to work) they always apologise but it never changes. Why advertise an app if you don't have a system in place for people who use it? Or have staff trained in how the app works?

Not to mention a few months ago I was questioned over my dogs prescription by the pharmacist, and also told to call them rather than visit to order his tablets. Like, I had to go outside and make a phone call to them? Why not just order it in whilst I'm standing in front of you?

I will be changing pharmacies if it happens next time, I'm completely over it. It's all too difficult!

5 stars for the new Pharmacy manager and beautiful team - prompt, attentive, friendly service with a smile. I found that if you give them time and they will sort out your request for you. Great bargain for their mystery bag and sales!

Following the below review, the staff of Priceline Chemist Burpengary have done an unusual and very great act of customer service and took time to approach me in person to discuss the issue as mentioned. They took the time to explain directives for closing protocols handed down from upper management. In effort to achieve wage and costs budgets staff are no required to close at advertised times where in the past they have had leeway to stretch this if customer like myself arrived right on closeing time.
Fantastic customer service by the crew and reassures me they are committed to their clientele. I look forward to many years of ongoing help.

Have my script on file with chemist. Have been loyal customer for 7-8 years, travel there from suburbs away...got to shop at 3pm to collect a script, nothing else and all I got from staff was a silly grin and a shake of the head as I was at the door. Thanks for the mutual support, might go to chemist closer to home to save the drive. Cheers.
