I’ve been seeing Yasmina Lees at the Base for about 6 months after my previous pysch from the the base moved on.

I was referrred to Yasmina and think she has been the perfect fit for me to tackle my anxiety and depression. I have found her approach to be friendly, warm, curious, supportive and open.

Her multi-disciplinary approach including schema, ACT and elements of CBT therapy all incredibly useful and practical in my mental health journey.

Probs the best therapist I know.

My son and I have been clients of The Base Health since 2021 and right from the outset I felt that we were finally heard. It started with a lengthy conversation with their Complex Case Manager who worked out the best treatment pathway and then connected us with therapists who she felt would be the best fit - and she nailed it. Prior to this we had seen a number of psychologists and paediatricians but really didn't see any improvement as they were either the wrong fit or their approach didn't work. However over the past eighteen months my son has come along in leaps and bounds, the positive change in him has been amazing. As a parent it's been a tough road for me too but finally I am also receiving the support I've needed for so long thanks to their wholistic approach to mental wellness. The journey isn't over for us yet but we've come along way thanks to Caroline, Luke and the team at the Base.
