Have been twice now, for the same injury. Staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. I waited 30 mins the first time before being seen (5:30pm on a weekday). and only 10 minutes the second time (1pm on a weekday). Chemist is right there and open til 8pm as well so I could get my script filled. X ray place was also there but not open til 8. It was all bulk billed, didn’t have to pay anything. Really great experience and will recommend it for anyone who need care that is too urgent for a doctors appt and not urgent enough for hospital emergency.

Took my son today for a cut to his forehead. Was seen very quickly. Nurse Jessica and Dr. Kota were impeccable with their care for my son. Extremely happy with the service we received today and highly recommend this clinic.

So I have left a bad review for this place in the past however today my daughter needed urgent care due to a little accident that required stitches. This clinic is our closest. The lady that was at reception was very kind and let us wait on a bed (the urgent care receptionist was on lunch) our wait was not super long and the doctor and the blonde nurse that we saw was really lovely and very caring towards my daughter. Our experience today has definitely made me change my mind about using this clinic and I would return in future if we need an after hours doctor. Thank you 🙏

My visit to Murrumba medical clinic was very pleasant. The reception staff are friendly and efficient as is the triage nurse & Dr Boora. Dr Boora answered my concerns knowledgeably. I certainly appreciate having an urgent care clinic near home.

Great service today. Went in as a new patient and was seen within 15 minutes by a GP, and straight to radiology. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

My First Visit.
I injured my toe & it needed attention. I went to the wrong counter (of course). The receptionist was so nice & explained where I needed to go. The next receptionist was really nice too. I was able to download the sign in form by QR form & the filled out form went straight to her computer & put me in the queue to be seen. It was a bit of a wait but the chairs were comfortable. I was next seen by a triage nurse, who took me through to the treatment area. She had a look at my toe, washed it, elevated my foot & wrapped it loosely with gauze. Then it was time to wait for the doctor. Again, quite a wait but the 'bed' was comfortable enough. The doctor arrived & had a close look at my toe/toenail. He decided not to remove the toenail, that it would naturally grow out. He dressed it firmly with steri-strips then splinted it to the toe next door. He explained carefully about wound care & what to do.
I think the only negative thing that I can think of was that it was really cold but I understand the need to keep the atmosphere cool to suppress infection.
Thanks to all.....I was given a friendly farewell by the doctor, nurse & receptionist.

Urgent Care Clinics like this are possibly the best thing the government has done in a long time. I have visited multiple times with my young son and they are always so quick, calm and professional. Far less stressful than waiting in a hospital with a baby, toddler or child. Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work!!
