I joined the Metabolic Balance diet program with Sharon through Restorative Nutrition in Kippa-Ring.
Sharon has been amazing and the program is by far the best program wellness diet I have ever done.
I lost my 10kg goal weight in the first 8 weeks of the program. My joint pain in my fingers, my reflux and heart burn all gone. I am now sleeping better and my Cholesterol is back on track, my skin looks amazing ( so my friends keep telling me). I feel great from the inside to my outside

Sharon is an incredibly knowledgable and professional health practitioner. She provided me with support via phone call in regards to my son Rivers Type 1 diabetes management.
