Mandy is amazing, highly professional and always incredibly knowledgeable about what I need, and recommends appropriate treatment that may mean less botox/fillers if previous treatments are still going strong. The clinic is very calming and Benson is also lovely to deal in reception, over the phone and via text. I would highly recommend Simply Young for all your anti wrinkle needs.

Im editing my review because of the appalling communication and handing of my situation by Mandy.

I had great results with fat dissolving. I won’t lie about that. However afterwards I had 1ml of filler in my chin, our plan was to build it up to create more of a jaw line. 10 days after the 1ml of filler I noticed that I all of a sudden had these lumps on either side of my chin where my jowels were. This made my jowels look bigger than normal. I contacted Mandy and she didn’t seem worried, I went in 2 days later for her to view it. I was told to ‘wait and see’ by herself and the dr, incase it was infection or inflammation. I wasn’t exactly happy with this because as you can imagine looking worse than I had prior upset me.
4 days later I contacted Mandy again with some theories as to why I now had these lumps. She only then sent my pictures to the dr. After they discussed my case her reasoning for the lumps was because of where she had injected the filler, thus it had made my jowels appear worse. So my only option was more filler or dissolving the filler. I was confused. Isn’t this apart of her scope of works? To forsee something like this occurring? I understand mistakes happen but this has all been handled very poorly. I sent mandy an email stating how I wasn’t happy with the communication and how I’m being told spend more money with an injector that I wasn’t confident in, and that I would not have any more filler done by her or dissolving as that comes with its own issues. I said morally I felt that because this was a placement of filler issue that she should offer me a refund… and what do you know, That was 8 days ago now and she has not responded. I emailed again last Friday, 5 days after my first email, I asked for a response. I still have no heard back.

The only way I can now advocate for myself is to change my review so that other clients can see her poor behaviour. If you are not happy with the outcome of the service. She will just take our money and ghost you. Do better. I spent $620 on the filler that made me look worse than before. Not to mention the $1500 prior for the fat dissolving. Photos of my new jowels. The 3rd photo shows clearly the difference between before and after the filler.

I could give 10 stars! I went to see Mandy for my genetic double chin. I was pretty nervous but willing to do anything basically to lessen it. Well I’ve been more than amazed. The whole experience has been fantastic. I feel like family when I enter the clinic and Mandy is so professional with her treatments and knowledge.
I’ve added a photo of my results this was after two sessions of juvaslim. I’ve just had my 3rd.
