My wife has had respite experiences in 4 nursing homes before Morayfield Grove. Morayfield Grove was the first one where she actually left her room to mix and eat with the other residents. Staff and carers are fantastic and very mindful of the residents they are responsible for. I have nothing but praise for them all. Everyone, including the residents, enjoy their surroundings and each others company. Activities are regular, stimulating and enjoyed by all. A 20 piece brass band was not a surprise on concert day as was the 4 course Christmas Lunch and Australia day BBQ. Many other activities and bus trips are welcome respite from the norm for all residents. Morayfield Grove has left an indelible mark on my heart and I will continue to be part of their community.🥰

My Mum was recently a resident of Abbey Gardens. Unfortunately due to her passing it was only for about 3 months. But in that time I known my Mum was well cared for by caring and professional staff. After hearing horror stories about nursing homes, I can honestly say this doesn’t apply to Abbey Gardens. I thank the staff for the great care they gave her and I have no complaints. If you are looking for somewhere to have to make that hard decision to place a family member - have confidence that they will be well looked after in this facility. Honest also and up front about costs etc. Not like some places we looked. They made everything easy and the transition for us also much smoother. Thank you all at Abbey Gardens.

Our Dad was in care at Abbey Gardens (now called Morayfield Grove) for the last 7mths. We can’t speak higher of the team in the High Care Unit and the quality care he received. We found all our interactions with the Management, Administration and High Care Unit were professional, efficient and caring. Thanks to all the team for the consideration and support during Dads time with you.

My grandmother is a resident here and all of the staff are amazing! They go above and beyond - especially your lovely receptionist - she always had a smile and a lovely contagious charisma. Would recommend the care of abbey gardens to anyone.

Hi, my name is George. Herald. Washington. Burrybull the 3rd. My great grandfather was diagnosed with trench foot from being in ww2 last week. He was washing his clothes when suddenly his toes started turning black. We quickly took him into this aged care to check what was wrong. And when I took George. Herald. Washington. Burrybull the 3rd in. You bashed him. And now is is sleeping in a coffin. Cheers. Erin.

I only gave 1 star as it wasnt possible to give none. My father was a resident here for 9 months. At first he was treated well but then he was often neglected, left alone, and mistreated. Many times we had to continually ask for better care. My father wasnt happy here and he died alone as we werent even advised that he was nearing the end of his life. The treating doctor here never even seen dad but charged medicare regularly. The treatment of my dad at this nursing home was nothing short of appalling and disgusting. I definitely wouldn't send one of my loved ones here.
