Usually pick up scripts from here and it’s always been pleasant enough. But today a gentleman that was working the prescription counter took the time to go through options on how to manage my scripts. He helped me sign up to the app as well and explained everything this opens how to order my scripts on the app too! I’m sorry I missed his name but just wanted to say thank you for really taking the time for me today and making life that little bit easier !! Great pharmacy and great staff

I came in the other day in a panic because my toddler was covered in hives after eating peanut butter for the first time. Georgia was so lovely, she showed me the correct antihistamines to get and helped set my mind at ease that everything was going to be ok! Her knowledge and dedication were evident, and she provided exceptional service that truly stood out. Waiting 25 minutes in the queue to be told we can not get the medication because it is too early is just frustrating. First things first we have the 24th of April today on the script is a note “if needed before 3/5/25 consult pharmacist SN20DR”! Tomorrow is a public holiday and the only explanation from the sales assistant was “it is too early”. No attempt was made to explain further or to get the chemist to talk to us. That is for sure a 👎 for you young lady!
We could have just lied and said we’re going overseas! We decided not to but you will not get our business again!

I went into Terry White the other day to pick out some fragrances for my daughters Christmas presents. I was a bit confused about what to get them because I wasn’t too sure what they would like. Georgia, who is a lovely staff member, came up to me noticing that I was a bit confused and helped me pick out some fragrances that we both agreed were wonderful options for Christmas. When she took me to the counter to check out, she noticed I had some wrapping paper in my trolley and offered to wrap the perfumes for me. She did an absolutely amazing job on the wrapping. This was an amazing experience, I appreciate the amazing customer service from Georgia, I will definitely be coming back.

My son was experiencing symptoms of tonsillitis so we were looking for anti inflammatory options to help alleviate my son’s pain. A staff member named Georgia was extremely kind, empathetic and most importantly knowledgeable on the optimal product for my son’s circumstances. My son was recommended the Difflam anti inflammatory spray and after a three days his tonsillitis symptoms have completely diminished. I’m not one to leave reviews however this staff deserves recognition for her efforts. No wonder why lines are busy at this chemist!

Had the best experience with Kerry this weekend. My daughter had some minor issues with cradle cap and of course the Drs weren’t open. Kerry was very attentive and gave some fantastic advice. I didn’t feel like a crazy Mum. I felt confident in the advice and medications she gave me. I saw her the next day as I picked up some Panadol and received the same outstanding customer service. I know it can be hard to be attentive during the Christmas period but Kerry went over and above for us. Thank you!
