Dr Omid is Amazing. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Omid for the past 10 years. We absolutely recommend him he is professional and caring. The reception girls are always ready to help and do what they can to get an appointment asap for us. The nurses are friendly and professional.

Great selection of personable doctors who specialize in different areas. (Women’s health / men’s health ) As well as the ‘all round’ GP service. Pleasant and helpful reception staff who always try to accommodate in person/telehealth appointments . Usual long wait for certain Doctors. But generally only 5 - 10 minutes behind. Very helpful and accommodating if you book the ‘double appt’ if you know you’re going to need more time. Have also used for vaccinations which has been really well managed.

First visit as new to the area. Had tried a different, larger service and did not feel comfortable. Burpengary was a much better feel as soon as I entered the place. The administration officer was so helpful and welcoming. The Dr was understanding and listened to what I needed. I am very happy with the whole experience and will certainly return.

I have been attending this surgery for more than 25 years. Watched it morph from privately owned to corporate. Service is there. Yes there are wait times. Thats everywhere these days.Take a book. I like that there are excellent female Doctors and a small surgery type area for nurse assistance. Parking is not a problem! Yes the obligatory TV on the wall.

New to the area and have been sick before SEQ stopped for TC Alfred. Was able to get an appointment today at Burpengary Doctors with Dr Paul. Clinic was busy being first day open after power outages etc from the cyclone.
The ladies on reception were amazing (Shelby, Michelle and Anne) even though they were having difficulties with internet and server connections. While dealing with these frustrations they were kind, approachable and professional on the phone and in person.
Dr Paul was also great. Overall - a really good experience at this clinic and will be coming here again.
