I highly recommend both Ellen and Lauren. Ellen has recently helped me with my excess weight issues and now I have not only achieved my overall weight goal, but am feeling so much happier and healthier. I have a lot more energy and confidence. Lauren has also been a saviour to me over the last 12 months, giving me advice to help overcome my injuries. Hi Ellen,

Just wanted to let you know I had a great experience following the leaky gut diet. I was previously having to take some kind of anti-acid treatment like gaviscon or quickeze every single night to prevent acid reflux, and having a "regular" system seemed like something that happened to other people. Doctors were helpful and wanted to prescribe medication. But I wanted to try a change in diet first and I'm very glad I did
