I travel to many stores as a OT for trials with clients trying out assistive technology and equipment to help facilitate functional mobility and independence. It’s refreshing to know that whenever I have a trial in the Ipswich region, I can go to ILS and always know the reps are always friendly and suppotive - Terry has such amazing customer service and incredible product knowledge. She is happy to answer all my tedious questions regarding specifications, somehow managing to even when the shop is busy. Also wanted to positively review Lachlan who assisted me with a client yesterday, he was attentive and helpful ☺️

Called today to enquire about a bariatric Rollator (Wheelie Walker) and Terri-Lee was absolutely AMAZING. Her customer service was outstanding. Terri-Lee went through all the details of the Walker at a pace I could understand. Terri-Lee also assisted getting it into our car.
If anyone needs or requires any mobility assistance/aids, go straight to Independent Living Specialists at West Ipswich and speak to Terri-Lee and all the staff for the best service around.
