If I could give 100 stars I would haha! Robyn is incredible at what she does, and clearly has extensive knowledge and experience, not just within mental health, but general life as well. I have only just started seeing her and she has improved my quality of life and mental health significantly in such a short period of time. I had gone to clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and counsellors prior to seeing Robyn, and I was typically made to feel like my mental health and past trauma was too complex for them to be able to help me, and I have had medication whiplash from doctors just throwing various medications at me and calling it a day. Robyn immediately understood everything I told her in my first session, and has given me various methods to utilise to improve my mental health and overall quality of life. I honestly couldn't recommend this business enough, Robyn has given me so much hope for my mental health to finally start getting back to a healthy place, and realistic hope of getting off medication, which I assumed I would have to be on for the rest of my life as no one had been able to help me. You'll be treated like a human being, rather than another number on a clipboard.
The new place is super welcoming and relaxing, smells wonderful too 😊
