I can confirm the other reviews here about admin, but the quality of the care is also poor and over priced. My daughter went badly backwards under the care here. The doctor was neglectful in parts and misguided in many ways. Under trained GPs masking as a psychiatric service.

Beware potential new customers! This clinic's billing and admin is unprofessional in the extreme. We saw Kooky clinic a total of 6 times. 3 months after the last appt in 2021, they contacted me out of the blue and said you were undercharged $450 and now you need to pay. I paid the $450 and now 12mths later, they've contacted again and said actually you were undercharged $600, so pay up another $150. I can't make sense of the way they bill, charged two separate amounts each appt, half to me and half to the child, many for different amounts even though all appts were the same length. How could I have been undercharged so a large amount for a total of 6 appts!

Very difficult to get in contact with the practice - phones are not answered and take 4 working days for calls to be returned. Waitlist is until April 2022. Find a practice that will answer the phone and actually help.
