Everyone at Lumus was so caring and helpful. You didn’t feel just like another number that was pushed in and out. Kerry on reception is very professional and friendly. I was very grateful to Kevin who did my ultrasound for his care as I was in pain. Now that I know about them I will be going there again.

Ahmed was incredibly lovely, professional and prompt.
I was called in as soon as I sat down and Ahmed was kind, and instantly likeable.
Not only did he ask for permission to touch me (adjust my position for the scan) he also explained the entire process beforehand to ease any nerves and just had a lovely persona about him. Tina at the front desk was lovely and accommodating, she went out of her way to communicate with me, my experience was definitely above average and was wonderful. I will be back

I had an ultrasound today with a lovely man called Ian. He was very informative, and showed me my ultrasound on a tv screen while he was scanning, which isn’t something I’ve had before. He answered every question I had, and told me a little about each organ he was scanning, thanks Ian you clearly have been doing this a long time and it shows.

Ahmed was very caring, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him and Lumus Imaging. Jess at reception was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. They all make a great team!
