I have been seeing Dr Ratnam from 2014. Very good doctor with experience and knowledge of medicine and surgeries both. I have also see. His wife is good too as I have seen her only twice couple years ago.

Old school, professional and highly skilled. Not afraid to get out the scalpel, like some. Dr Ratnam tells it like it is and does not tolerate fools. This is why opinions here are highly polarised. Him and his partner tag-team between surgeries, work 12 hour days and take a couple of hours off together in the middle. I literally trust them with my life.

Had a 11am appointment got in at 11.55 to be told that the doctor didnt have time to help me because "I'm finishing soon you'll have to book in again tomorrow" APPAULING will never go back! I can beat medicare was still charged for my consult.

I’m absolutely disgusted in the service provided here, poor effort from doctor . Was not helpful at all .. where do these doctors get there qualifications from? Did not care for patients concerns very unprofessional and extremely rude.
