My partner and I have been at Riverlink medical practice for years. During our time here, Tara and Penny, along with the amazing team of doctors and the lovely nurses in the treatment room. Have been an absolute blessing during each visit. Whether I was healing from my various surgeries to my partners cancer journey. This team of beautiful, kind and compassionate people have all played a crucial part in our healing. Thank you so much for the years of taking care of me and my partner and the on-going service that you all continue to show each day. Dr Beck is absolutely awesome, been seeing him for the past 5 or so years and never had a bad experience. Shout out to the receptionists too, especially Asher, they are always incredibly friendly. The wait times are very short and the waiting area is huge so there's always seats available.

The service is always polite and quick. With no hassles. Even if the waiting time is long. As soon as I arrive I am greeted by reception with a courteous hello and then I am seated within a near new reception room, that is pleasant.

I am a regular patient of Dr Ben, I am more often than not greeted by the lovely receptionist Penny! She always has a welcoming smile on her face she is an absolute delight to deal with. Dr Ben is fantastic as well.

Having booked an appointment online the night before, I arrived before my appointment time. Waiting in line to be seen at reception. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Having the actual system explained and looking at a 3-4hr triage wait, I stated I would leave my issue till the next day to see my GP.
The male receptionist, spoke with one of the Dr’s and I was able to be seen immediately and have my issue validated and resolved in a couple of minutes!

I’ve been to this GP and the urgent care clinic several times as a patient and with family members and each time has been a positive experience, there is a play area for the children and the times that I’ve been to the urgent care I have been seen promptly.
The receptionist are polite and efficient, and there is ample seating area.
All of the doctors who I have interacted with were professional, kind and efficient.

Awesome doctors here, I’ve been through many doctors and feel these days doctors don’t listen to you, but these doctors give awesome care. Like they genuinely care. Also the receptionist team is always lovely and welcoming . If you need a doctor come here you won’t be disappointed

Was on the phone to your centre to get an appointment. And even though you were fully booked Tara was amazing on the phone. I also popped in later that day to check if there was any opened appointments and penny was lovely to talk to and very helpful
